1. About WebAgent

WebAgent is an AI-powered browser automation platform operated by Datafy Market, a digital services company registered in Slovenia, European Union. Our platform enables individuals and businesses to deploy autonomous AI agents that can browse, interact with, and extract data from websites — 24/7, without manual effort.

2. Account Registration

Access to WebAgent requires a registered account. You must provide accurate information during sign-up and keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

WebAgent offers the following subscription tiers, billed monthly in Euros (€):

  • Free (€0/mo): 5 automation runs, up to 100 AI steps per run, 1 browser session.
  • Basic (€29/mo): 100 automation runs, up to 1,000 AI steps per run, 2 concurrent sessions, scheduler & webhooks, Bitwarden vault, email support.
  • Premium (€99/mo): 1,000 automation runs, up to 10,000 AI steps per run, 5 concurrent sessions, proxy rotation, Neural Architect AI debugger, REST API, priority support.
  • Enterprise (Custom pricing): Dedicated VPS, unlimited runs, custom LLM configuration, white-label deployment, SLA guarantee, dedicated account manager.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use WebAgent only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting DDoS attacks or unauthorized intrusion attempts
  • Fraudulent transactions or credit card abuse
  • Malicious scraping that violates the target website’s terms of service
  • Any activity that violates applicable EU or Slovenian law

5. Limitation of Liability

WebAgent is provided “as is”. Datafy Market shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use, third-party site blocks, automation failures, or temporary service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Slovenia.
