WebAgent is operated by Datafy Market, a digital services company based in Slovenia, European Union. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What Data We Collect

  • Account data: Name, email address, and encrypted password provided at registration.
  • Billing data: Payment information processed securely via WooCommerce / Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Automation logs: Screenshots, step logs, and run history generated during browser automation sessions. These are required for debugging and are visible only to you.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session cookies used for authentication and security.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To operate and maintain your WebAgent account and automation workflows.
  • To process payments and manage subscription billing.
  • To send account-related notifications (e.g. billing receipts, password resets).
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the platform.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your automation session data to train public AI models.

4. Browser Session Isolation

Every automation run executes in a fully isolated, sandboxed browser environment. Credentials stored in your Bitwarden vault are fetched encrypted at runtime and never logged or shared. Session data is retained only as long as necessary for debugging and is automatically purged after 30 days.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification — Correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — Request deletion of your account and data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Objection — Object to processing for direct marketing purposes

6. Cookies

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Automation logs and screenshots are retained for 30 days. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of WebAgent after updates constitutes acceptance.
