Account Registration<\/h3>\n<p>Access to WebAgent requires a registered account. You must provide accurate information during sign-up and keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Subscription Plans &amp; Billing<\/h3>\n<p>WebAgent offers the following subscription tiers, billed monthly in Euros (\u20ac):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Free (\u20ac0\/mo):<\/strong> 5 automation runs, up to 100 AI steps per run, 1 browser session.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Basic (\u20ac29\/mo):<\/strong> 100 automation runs, up to 1,000 AI steps per run, 2 concurrent sessions, scheduler &amp; webhooks, Bitwarden vault, email support.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Premium (\u20ac99\/mo):<\/strong> 1,000 automation runs, up to 10,000 AI steps per run, 5 concurrent sessions, proxy rotation, Neural Architect AI debugger, REST API, priority support.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Enterprise (Custom pricing):<\/strong> Dedicated VPS, unlimited runs, custom LLM configuration, white-label deployment, SLA guarantee, dedicated account manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Permitted Use<\/h3>\n<p>You agree to use WebAgent only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting DDoS attacks or unauthorized intrusion attempts<\/li>\n<li>Fraudulent transactions or credit card abuse<\/li>\n<li>Malicious scraping that violates the target website&#8217;s terms of service<\/li>\n<li>Any activity that violates applicable EU or Slovenian law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n<p>WebAgent is provided &#8220;as is&#8221;. Datafy Market shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use, third-party site blocks, automation failures, or temporary service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Modifications to Service<\/h3>\n<p>We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Governing Law<\/h3>\n<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
